Located near the Quay side of the city, this structure stands out from the rest and yet blends in due to its reflective nature. While exterior glazing and curtain walls provide us with glimpses of the inside picking our interests and inviting in, the outside and form itself already suggests that the main function is related to flow, in this situation - flow of music and flow of water, since its located on the river side.
